Jade Plant (Crassula Argentea) - Live Plant (With Self-Watering Pot & Plant)

The plant when arrived just had few leaves left. It was not a blooming plant and within a week, it has almost withered with no leaves left at all. Very disappointed, expected better quality of the plant. I would like a replacement, can't see a plant die so soon :-(
